Qualifications

• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Basic computer literacy would be advantageous.
• Experience in minor electrical, plumbing, joinery work.
• Knowledge of emergency and unplanned situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of maintenance throughout the home and grounds.
• Organise and undertake general maintenance including plumbing, tiling, and painting.
• Carry out PAT Testing of all electrical items.
• Test and record water temperatures and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement fire prevention checks and regular documentation checks.
• Report any accidents immediately to the Manager.
