A special school in England seeks a skilled Site/Estates/Maintenance Engineer to ensure the upkeep of its environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. The role involves high-level maintenance of the buildings and pools, working part-time while possibly transitioning to full-time. Ideal candidates will possess a driving licence, be resourceful, and have a collaborative spirit. A special school requires a highly motivated and skilled Site / Estates / Maintenance Engineer committed to maintaining and improving the school environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
The position will work alongside the Site Manager ensuring a high level of maintenance of the buildings and site, including maintenance and operation of the swimming and hydro pools.
Working within the facilities team, the successful candidate will work across the two-school site on a part-time/permanent basis with the potential to increase to full-time in future.
