• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within an HGV, commercial vehicle, or heavy-duty workshop environment.
• Knowledge of HGV systems, maintenance, and repair processes.

• Confident in liaising with both internal teams and commercial clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
