Overview

Part Time Customer Service Advisor – North Shields, Tyne and Wear. 20 hours per week (options for 25 or 30 hours). Evening shift pattern with shifts ending at 9pm. Temporary/Seasonal role with EE in Newcastle at the BT Customer Contact Centre, Gosforth Park Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8ET. Salary: £13,379.73 rising to £13,698.13 after 8 months, plus uncapped commission.

Start date: November 2025. Location: North Shields, Tyne and Wear, UK.

Responsibilities

You will be talking with customers over the phone to handle a range of Mobile Billing-related queries. You may assist with simple billing questions or take ownership of more complex issues, supporting customers throughout the resolution process. The role emphasizes problem solving, relationship building, and delivering a positive customer experience. Training will be provided to cover EE products and services as needed.
