Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Production Operative for a busy PCB manufacturing facility in Deeside. Responsibilities include assisting in manufacture, operating machinery, and performing quality checks. Previous experience in electronics is preferred, but training is provided. This position offers a competitive pay rate and the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacture and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Operate production equipment with care and accuracy.
- Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on components.
Skills
Production Operative at a busy PCB manufacturing facility in Deeside. Hexagon Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for this role.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift: Day shifts
Contract: Temp to Perm opportunity
Start: Immediate starts available
- Assisting in the manufacture and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Operating production equipment and machinery with accuracy and care
- Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks on components and finished boards
- Soldering, wiring, and handling delicate electronic parts (training provided if required)
- Maintaining accurate production records and completing dispatch paperwork
- Keeping work areas organised, clean, and compliant with Health & Safety standards
- Working as part of a skilled team to meet daily production targets
- Previous experience in electronics, PCB, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Accuracy when completing paperwork and system entries
