The ideal candidate will have coaching experience, excellent communication skills, and a love for helping others grow. The job requires a full UK driving license for travel between locations and has responsibilities spanning interviews, training modules, and candidate engagement.

We're proudly values-first when it comes to hiring. As our Recruitment & Values Coach, you'll be the warm, friendly face of Chilled Pubs, giving future teammates an unforgettable first impression. You'll sit alongside our line managers in every interview, guiding the flow, delivering honest-but-warm outcome calls, and making sure our recruitment experience feels as good as our pubs do. You'll also help raise leadership standards across the business - coaching managers, building their interviewing confidence, and helping them make consistently great people decisions. This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends where needed. A full UK driving licence is essential as you'll be travelling between pubs.
