Responsibilities
- Provide support to the team with client work.
- Proactively manage own caseload.
- Meet and greet clients and handle telephone calls.
- Deal with enquiries, financial management, and administration.
- Manage diary and inbox.
- Manage electronic documents.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal/Team Assistant based in Cambridge for one of our clients on a FULL TIME PERMANENT basis.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Location: Cambridge
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday Friday 9am-5.30pm
- Providing support to the team with client work
- Proactively manage your own caseload
- Meeting and greeting clients and handling telephone calls
- Dealing with new enquiries, financial managements and administration aspects of client matters
- Diary and inbox management
- Managing electronic documents
- Previous Paralegal experience
- A good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts rules
- Advanced IT skills
- Attention to deal and excellent communication skills
