A luxury event management company in Greater London is looking for a Senior Sponsorship Manager to elevate brand partnerships across industries like fashion and wellness. The ideal candidate will lead sponsorship sales and ensure partnerships enhance the events' experience while meeting revenue targets. The role offers an attractive compensation package, including a base salary of £48k and significant bonuses based on performance.
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sponsorship Manager who blends commercial acumen with value‑led partnership curation to elevate the calibre of brands participating in our events. While rooted in commercial sales, this role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Marketing – ensuring every partnership not only drives revenue but also enhances the quality, diversity, and creative expression of our experiences. This is a newly evolved role designed to take Private Luxury Events into new sectors beyond traditional travel. You will be responsible for identifying and securing premium partners across fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, design, culture, and other adjacent luxury industries that align with our brand values and elevate event storytelling. You will develop tailored sponsorship and partnership opportunities across our entire portfolio – including TFest, Ultra, Amour, Private Luxury, and our new product launch – ensuring that each partner contributes meaningfully to the event ecosystem. Alongside commercial responsibility, you will work collaboratively with operations and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are executed with precision and to a luxury standard. This is an exciting role for a confident relationship builder who understands luxury brand dynamics, thrives in culturally rich environments, and is energised by shaping innovative, cross‑industry partnerships that broaden our brand universe.
You are a commercially driven partnership professional who deeply understands luxury brands, creative ecosystems, and cross‑industry collaboration. You bring both commercial confidence and cultural sensitivity, ensuring every partner you secure enhances our events commercially and experientially.
Strong experience in sponsorship sales, partnership management, or brand collaborations; experience working with or selling to luxury brands within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, or culture; strong sales instincts with a proven ability to secure and grow premium partnerships; a creative eye for brand alignment, experience design, and luxury storytelling; exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to work cross‑functionally across sales, operations, marketing, and creative teams; highly polished relationship‑building skills with senior brand stakeholders; strong organisational and project management abilities; experience working on launch products or experiential concepts; strong network within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred); multi‑language capabilities; passion for global luxury culture, design, and creative industries.
