A leading financial services provider in the City of London seeks a Head of Proposition Integrity and Technical Excellence. The successful candidate will ensure that all propositions are technically sound and align with regulatory expectations. Key responsibilities include approving new propositions, identifying regulatory opportunities, and collaborating across various teams. Proven experience in financial services and strong leadership skills are essential. This role offers a hybrid working model.

The Head of Proposition Integrity and Technical Excellence ensures all propositions are technically robust, customer‑centric and aligned with regulatory expectations. Acting as a safeguard for the wider Propositions team this role provides technical sign‑off, identifies regulatory opportunities and threats and ensures propositions deliver demonstrable customer value. The role builds a strong foundation for technical excellence enabling safe and compliant proposition design and evolution across the portfolio.
