A leading AI communication platform is seeking a Solutions Architect in London to design and implement customer solutions. This role involves working with teams across Sales and Product to deliver technical support and drive customer engagement, necessitating a strong programming background and experience in both web and mobile platforms. We are looking for a Solutions Architect to collaborate across Sales Customer Success and Product groups to deliver innovative flexible and scalable solutions to our customers. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to work directly with customers while delivering value through technical solutions. The Solutions Architect is someone who is flexible with different technologies a quick learner and is looking to be the voice of customers when collaborating with the Product team. This is an ideal role if you are passionate about designing and building technical solutions and are comfortable speaking with developers product managers and C‑level executives.
We observe a hybrid work schedule 3 days / week in our central London office. This role reports to our Global Head of Technical Services who is based in our San Mateo CA headquarters.
