Job summary
A forward-thinking legal firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' PQE in employment law, capable of managing both contentious and non-contentious matters. Enjoy flexibility to choose a 4 or 5-day workweek, low billing targets of just 25 hours weekly, and a competitive salary of £55,000 FTE with performance-based bonuses after two years.

- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Managing your own caseload with full support from the wider team
- Fully remote working from anywhere in the UK
- Flexibility to choose a 4 or 5 day week
- Just 25 billable hours per week (5 per day)
