A FinTech company is seeking a VP of Engineering to scale their engineering team and improve development processes. The successful candidate will lead the team through new feature delivery and enhance existing architecture. An understanding of fintech and experience in startup environments is crucial. This role offers a salary of up to £130,000 and the opportunity to work fully remotely.

This VP of Engineering position is with a FinTech company who are looking to improve the lives of those in less-developed countries.
The primary mission will be to scale the engineering team whilst working with other technical and non-technical members of the company.
