Remote SBEM Specialist & Energy Assessor (Part L2)
Job summary
A leading energy consultancy is looking for a qualified Energy Assessor (SBEM Specialist) to work remotely on non-domestic compliance projects. The successful candidate will undertake SBEM calculations, produce compliance reports, and liaise with design teams to deliver high-quality advice. - Must be a qualified NDEA or have experience with SBEM assessments.
- Understanding of non-domestic energy compliance (Part L2 / BRUKL).
Responsibilities
- Undertake SBEM calculations and produce BRUKL results for non‑domestic buildings.
- Issue non‑domestic EPCs / compliance reports in line with Part L2.
- Liaise with architects, M&E engineers, and clients to present compliance findings.
- Support modelling or mitigation of overheating / DTM where required.
- Maintain documentation, track project data, and support technical workflows.
