Remote Telesales Representative – Work from Home | Full-Time, Permanent | Mon‑Fri - £24.5k Base + OTE £32.5k+

• Hit Your Targets: Secure 7 - 10 sales a day - 90% of the team are currently achieving their goals and earning over the bonus potential

• Previous Sales Experience – 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years

1. Step 1: Initial Telescreen / Video Call - This will involve some screening questions, a discussion regarding your work history and a full run through of the role.
2. Step 2: Online Assessment – Max 30 minutes to evaluate key skills.
3. Step 3: Interview & Assessment – 1‑hour session – virtual - to dive deeper into your potential.
4. Step 4: Decision Within 24 Hours – No lengthy wait times, you will hear back fast.
