Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking an IT Service Design Lead for a 6-month contract based in the UK. You will lead the Service Introduction and Production Readiness activities to ensure seamless transitions from project delivery to live operations. The role demands strong IT Service Design and Project Management experience, along with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira. This position offers a day rate of £475 to £500, with high potential for extension and is fully remote.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Service Design and Project Management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery planning.
- Proven delivery experience in large-scale IT transitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Service Introduction and Transition Planning.
- Manage Release & Deployment Readiness.
- Oversee Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management.
- Ensure Early Life Support (ELS) & Handover are in place.
