Maternity Cover Teacher - Junior School (Sandwich)

Contract: Maternity Cover (Full-time)

Simply Education is working with a welcoming junior school in Sandwich who are seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking to gain valuable experience within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

The successful teacher will take on full classroom responsibilities, delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils while maintaining a warm, nurturing classroom atmosphere.

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every pupil can succeed.
• Assess, record, and report on pupils' progress effectively.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• A passion for inspiring young learners and helping them achieve their full potential.
