Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitor - Legal Director

Our client is currently seeking a Real Estate / Commercial Property Legal Director/Senior Solicitor to join their real estate team based in London.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a very well respected City firm with a strong international reach.

Their London-based team plays a pivotal role in delivering the firm’s integrated global real estate services, and is a key part of a renowned practice spanning development, joint ventures, structured investments, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, real estate finance, construction, and property litigation.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Legal Director/Senior Solicitor you will play a key role in delivering commercial real estate transactional work, working closely and advising key clients.

You’ll advise on and manage a diverse range of transactions, including:

  • Investment acquisitions and disposals (including corporate share deals)
  • Asset management and portfolio management matters
  • Drafting and negotiating key documentation (SPAs, leases, licences, easements, transfers, agreements for lease, etc.)
  • Undertaking due diligence and reporting on title
  • Supporting development projects (experience here is a bonus, but not required)
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters
