My client, a fast-growing technology company, is expanding its engineering presence in Belfast and is looking for an experienced Senior React Engineer to help shape and deliver the next generation of their web applications. You'll play a key role in building intuitive, responsive, and data-rich products that deliver exceptional user experiences to customers around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing dynamic front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.

• Working closely with Product and Design teams to transform complex ideas into seamless, user-friendly interfaces.

• Collaborating with back-end engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing applications.

• Championing best practices around code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance optimisation.

• Mentoring engineers within your team and contributing to front-end architecture decisions.

Tech Stack & Environment

• Core: React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS

• State Management: Redux, Zustand, or Recoil

• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

• Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, or similar

• APIs: RESTful and GraphQL integration

• Practices: Agile delivery, component-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines

About You

• 5+ years of front-end development experience, with strong expertise in React and TypeScript.

• Excellent understanding of modern component architecture, hooks, and state management.

• Experience delivering scalable, user-centric applications in a fast-paced product environment.

• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

• Passionate about clean, maintainable code and creating beautiful user interfaces that perform flawlessly.
