Automation Tester - 12 Month FTC
Job summary
A recruitment company is seeking an Automation Tester for a 12-month FTC in the Not For Profit sector. You will work closely with a team of testers and the development team on a large-scale integration project. This role requires a strong background in automation and tools like Selenium and C#. The role offers a competitive salary range of £57k to £65k depending on location, plus generous benefits including paid volunteer leave and double pension contributions.

Our client in the Not For Profit sector is looking for an Automation Tester to join them on a 12 month FTC. You will be working in a team with 13 other testers, 2 of which are fully Automation focused and also very closely with the development team on a large integration project. This role is remote with 1 day a week in either their London or Manchester office.
This role is 100% Automation testing and you will need to hit the ground running on the project.
- Develop, test, and deploy automation frameworks and tools to optimise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Document processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders on automated solutions.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure system integrity and reliability.
- Analyse system performance and suggest improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Technology department's processes.
