A leading engineering firm is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in industrial cooling and refrigeration. This remote position involves designing commercial systems and requires knowledge of CO2 systems and CAD skills. The role requires the ability to create detailed designs and oversee project completions. The candidate should have experience in producing engineering sheets, conducting heat load calculations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Competitive salary package including benefits and performance bonus will be offered.
Position: Mechanical Design Engineer (Refrigeration)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Remote - Based anywhere in the UK (Head office is based in Leicestershire)
Salary: circa £75K plus company car or cash allowance & benefits & performance bonus

PRS Engineering has engaged with a key client and a leading Industrial Cooling & Refrigeration specialist operating and delivering high value projects across the UK with headquarters based in Leicestershire. Due to team expansion and winning new projects, we are seeking a Design Engineer with a background in CO2 Systems, Industrial Cooling Technologies & / or Industrial Refrigeration to support business requirements and oversee key projects.
This is a remote working role with occasional attendance at the Leicester office will be required as will site visits and surveys.
