Job summary
A leading drug discovery organization is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to drive growth and innovation. The CEO will define the strategic vision, oversee operations, and build partnerships while ensuring sustainable profitability. Candidates should possess a PhD, MD, or MBA along with 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, preferably in senior executive roles. This position requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or drug discovery sector.
- Proven track record in scaling organisations and driving revenue growth.
