My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow. They offer a remote-first policy with occasional client site visits (averaging 1-2 per month, but flexible).

They are seeking a permanent User Researcher Consultant to join a rapidly growing team. The role involves working on multiple Digital Transformation projects across Government, Finance, Retail, and Energy sectors, with a top-end budget of £55,000 plus full benefits.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Hands-on experience leading user research, employing behavioral and attitudinal methods appropriately
• Experience across various phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles
• Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Experience leading user research in multidisciplinary, agile teams and influencing product/service design
• Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses and validate user journeys
• Knowledge of tools and practices for in-person and remote research
