A leading infrastructure company is seeking a Head of Quality and Improvement to drive quality strategies and continuous improvement across the organization. This role involves engaging with stakeholders and utilizing data analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in quality management, lean methodologies, and effective communication skills. A degree in Quality Management or Engineering is preferred. The position offers a permanent, full-time role, ideally based in the South East of England.

Location: National - Ideally based in the South East or Central England (Milton Keynes, Bracknell, Gloucester / Worcester corridor, Watford).
The Head of Quality and Improvement will lead the development and deployment of quality and improvement strategies, plans and initiatives across Ringway. This role is responsible for supporting process development such that they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence, improvement, optimisation and innovation.
