Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work remotely. The role involves investigating liability claims for Employers & Public Liability, ensuring compliance with service standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have the necessary technical expertise and timely evidence-gathering ability for effective claims management.

Responsibilities
- Proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability.
- Investigate and settle liability claims, gathering evidence to support recommendations.
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.
- Use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
- Investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
- Technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon.
