Job summary
A leading software development firm is seeking an AI Software Engineer to drive production-quality software features. You will engage in technical discovery, create precise specifications for AI coding tools like Claude Code, and oversee implementation execution. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in software engineering, experience with AI tools, and strong standards for code quality. This full-time role offers $50 per hour, working with a team focused on innovation and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional software engineering experience in production environments.
- Experience participating in pull request review processes.
- Experience using AI coding tools in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Continuous delivery of production-quality software features and systems through agentic development workflows.
- Directing AI coding agents through implementation.
- Performing continuous review and validation of agent-generated code.
