What you’ll do
  • Manage and grow existing UK accounts, deepening relationships
  • Identify and win new business in pharma logistics & cold chain
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions including bulk deliveries
  • Lead proposals, pricing discussions, RFIs and client presentations
  • Track and deliver against commercial targets
  • Partner closely with internal logistics, operations & customer teams
What you’ll bring
  • BD / sales / account management within logistics, freight forwarding or cold chain
  • Success in both account growth and new business acquisition
  • Strong understanding of UK export / import processes
  • Experience in pharma logistics highly beneficial
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Self‑motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently
