Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights Journeys.
• Hands-on experience with RTM features, suppression rules, and compliance logic.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret journey insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of CIJ Real-Time Marketing.
• Set up real-time events and triggers, and build advanced real-time segments.
• Design complex customer journeys including branching logic and A/B splits.
