Our client is expanding rapidly and looking forward to welcoming a new Associate Director — an incredible opportunity to be part of a high-impact team that’s scaling quickly and shaping the future of Asset Finance within the Group.
Originate and structure tailored Asset Finance solutions for Mid Corporate clients (£25m–£100m turnover)
Build strong client, internal, and market introducer relationships to drive high-quality deal flow
Lead credit structuring and negotiations to deliver commercially sound, client-focused outcomes
Act as a trusted advisor, using market insight and financial expertise to support clients’ growth strategies
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams and departments
Proven experience managing Mid Corporate client relationships (£25m–£100m turnover)
Excellent financial analysis skills, including interpreting financial statements and cash flow
Experience writing credit reports and presenting to credit committees
Wholesale funding experience
Strong knowledge of Asset Finance products and structuring complex funding solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
UK in-country experience is essential
