A leading property management firm is seeking a proactive Assistant Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a high-end residential development. You will manage personnel, ensure site maintenance, and handle leaseholder enquiries. Ideal candidates will have experience in property management and excellent communication skills. Pinnacle Group are looking for a proactive and detail orientated Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a high end residential development. In this role you will be responsible for managing and supervising estate-based personnel, ensure the site is safe and well maintained, service charges are collected and leaseholder enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
You will be joining our Residential Property Management team. The Residential Property Management team oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf Institutional Investors, Developers and Residents' Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services.
The ideal candidate will have a background in block and property management ideally within a high end residential setting, be highly organised detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be experienced with lease administration, service charge budgets and building operations. This is a remote role with required travel across Lambeth, Bcton, Bermondsey and Sydenham.
