A leading recruitment agency is seeking residential staff surveyors across various locations in the UK. The role involves conducting RICS L2 and L3 surveys with a salary ranging from £48k to £58k, along with a bonus scheme and car allowance. Ideal candidates will have AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS with VRS qualifications and relevant experience. This is a full-time position that allows for independent remote work.
Residential staff surveyors required for survey work and associated valuations. Due to an increase in volumes and change of direction, our client is expanding their team with new patch opportunities available.
The role involves carrying out RICS L2 and L3 surveys and associated valuations and assessments of residential properties, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
The company platform provides access to an extensive range of property products, including surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removal services, and online auctions, delivering an end-to-end property solution. This enables the surveyor to access an increasing volume of in-house survey work.
You will be AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS with VRS and have experience in residential property L2 surveys (training available for level 3 surveys) and assessments, knowledge of building construction and regulations, safety standards, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full-time role. Salary is circa £48k - £58k with a bonus scheme, car allowance, and other benefits.
