• Basic Salary: £27,000 £29,000 (including car allowance)
• OTE: £50,000 £60,000+ High Earnings All Leads Provided

Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker looking for a flexible home-based role with all leads provided and realistic high earnings?

We are working with a leading whole-of-market brokerage expanding across the West Midlands. With a consistent flow of pre-qualified appointments, you ll focus on advising clients on mortgages and protection while enjoying the benefits of working remotely.

• £27,000 £29,000 basic salary (including car allowance)
• Monthly financial guarantees for 6 months
• Uncapped commission OTE £50k £60k+ (high earnings)
• 5 7 pre-qualified mortgage leads each week all leads provided
• Fully home-based role with admin & compliance support

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• 6 12 months experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Strong communication & client relationship skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable in a home-based role
