Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking a VP of Quality Engineering to drive test engineering and quality at scale. This hands-on leadership role requires accountability for quality outcomes across engineering teams and involves managing a 40-person organization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in automation, performance engineering, and leading large-scale Test Engineering functions. The position offers high executive visibility and an opportunity to shape the team's future with an emphasis on quality and long-term success.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of large-scale Test / Quality Engineering functions.
- Deep, hands-on experience in automation, performance, and quality system design.
- Experience leading managers-of-managers with strong technical credibility.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end Test Engineering strategy.
- Lead quality across functional and regression testing, test automation, performance engineering.
- Act as a senior technical authority on testing strategy, automation, and quality systems.
