An innovative consultancy is seeking experienced Workday Business Analysts for outside IR35 contract opportunities. The role involves shaping business requirements and ensuring alignment between technical design and stakeholder needs. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in Workday projects and excellent communication skills. This role is primarily remote with occasional international travel, offering competitive rates of £600–£700 per day along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Connaissances
Outside IR35 Contract Opportunity – 4x Workday Business Analysts
Remote-first with international travel. This role supports Workday implementations and enhancements on an Outside IR35 basis.
- Proven track record delivering Workday projects across multiple modules
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
You’ll be responsible for shaping, gathering, and analysing business requirements, ensuring system design and configuration align with stakeholder needs. These roles are primarily remote, but will involve occasional international travel to support workshops, delivery, and engagement.
