The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing ServiceMax platform projects, strong project leadership skills, and proficiency in project management tools like MS Project and Jira. We are seeking a ServiceMax Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of ServiceMax solutions, a leading field service management platform. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with global teams and third‑party vendors for alignment and clear communication.
- Team Leadership : Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to achieve objectives.
- Risk Management : Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure ServiceMax implementations meet Rapiscan’s standards.
- Reporting : Track performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation : Optimize staffing and resources for efficiency.
- Change Management : Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively.
- Uphold Rapiscan’s core values : Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing ServiceMax platform projects.
- Strong understanding of field service operations and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
- Technical knowledge of ServiceMax and related integrations.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
