This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, customer success and sales, ensuring seamless adoption through robust, scalable integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the integration function
• Own pre- and post-sales technical integration conversations with clients
• Design and deliver data-flow integrations between the platform and customer systems (ERP, SAP, internal systems)
• Manage end-to-end customer integration projects, balancing hands-on delivery with advisory support

Core Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in system integration roles within B2B SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of APIs and ETL / data pipelines
• Proven experience integrating with enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
• Comfortable creating architecture diagrams, data-flow mappings and technical specification
• Experience in supply-chain, logistics, or compliance software
• Coding or scripting background
