About the Role

In this full-cycle sales role, youll take ownership from initial prospecting through to deal closure, partnering with researchers, faculty members, and academic librarians to introduce forward-thinking digital resources. This is a perfect fit for a results-driven go-getter who thrives in remote, autonomous environments and cares about making a meaningful contribution in the education space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to drive revenue
- Proactively engage potential clients and nurture current relationships
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product presentations
- Leverage analytics to prioritize and optimize outreach efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and sales strategies
- Represent the company at conferences and key academic events

What You Bring to the Table
The ideal candidate is passionate about both sales and scientific education, and brings the following to the role:

- Prior sales experience in EdTech, STEM publishing, or SaaS is highly valued
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
- A self-starting, goal-oriented mindset with a resilient attitude
