What will I be doing?
• To undertake all New Assembly and associated testing activities within Accessories areas. Carry out activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.
• Assembly of all New Manufacturing equipment, and all associated testing activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.
• Ensure that products and services meet the requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness authorities.
• Work in accordance with HSE legislation, the Company Operating Systems, policies and procedures.
• Actively demonstrate the Company Values & Behaviours.

Qualifications:
• Apprenticeship in Aerospace organisation or equivalent sector
• Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in a component assembly environment

Competencies:
• Mechanical Assembly techniques and practices
• Balancing theory (optional)
• Testing of components and assembled equipment
• 5s Improvements

Experience:
• Aerospace/Manufacturing environment
• Assembly processes and practices
• Component Testing Experience
