We are seeking a Kyriba Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Kyriba Treasury Management System. This role requires extensive knowledge of Kyriba modules, including cash management, payments, liquidity management, and bank connectivity, combined with strong IT skills to interface with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation & Configuration:
   Lead or support the implementation of Kyriba Treasury solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
2. Configure Kyriba modules (e.g., cash management, liquidity, payments, financial transactions) to support treasury functions.
3. Customize Kyriba interfaces and workflows to optimize the system for end-user needs.
4. System Integration & Support:
   Oversee integration between Kyriba and other internal systems such as ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle), banking platforms, and accounting systems.
5. Provide ongoing functional support for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
6. Collaborate with IT teams to manage technical requirements, including API integrations and data migrations.
7. User Training & Documentation:
   Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure seamless adoption of Kyriba by Finance and Treasury teams.
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation for Kyriba configurations, processes, and user guides.
9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure Kyriba meets operational and regulatory requirements.
10. Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate with treasury, finance, IT, and external consultants to gather functional requirements and translate them into Kyriba solutions.
11. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, regarding system performance and enhancements.
12. Compliance & Risk Management:
    Ensure that the Kyriba system complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
13. Implement and maintain appropriate controls, security settings, and risk management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise:
   6+ years of experience in Kyriba Treasury Management System.
2. Strong functional knowledge of Kyriba modules, including cash management, payments, liquidity management, and reporting.
3. Familiarity with banking interfaces (SWIFT, BAI2, MT940, ISO20022) and treasury-related protocols.
4. Experience with Oracle ERP systems and understanding of finance and accounting principles.
5. Knowledge of system integrations and data migration processes.
6. 3+ years of experience in Java, J2EE and Rest APIs development.
7. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS environments.
8. Ability to interface with IT teams for configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
9. Soft Skills:
   Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with non-technical and technical stakeholders.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
11. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Certifications:
    Kyriba certification or training is highly preferred.
