As a Litigation Assistant, you will manage a caseload of pre-litigated personal injury cases for union members, including road traffic accidents, employers' liability, and public liability claims. Your tasks will include initial case assessment, gathering evidence, instructing experts, handling disclosures, and assessing claim values. You will also attend meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, and third parties.

We seek enthusiastic individuals, including recent graduates interested in personal injury law. Candidates studying towards their SQE or equivalent are encouraged to apply, as we are willing to provide training. Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately are essential. Knowledge of personal injury law, Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules, and case management systems is advantageous but not mandatory, as training can be provided.
