• Sales experience preferred but not mandatory

• Grit, humility, honesty, self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
• Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships (i.e., “People Person”)
• Overall remarkable communication and excellent listening skills
• Ability to give presentations in front of clients, explaining complex information in a simple manner.
• A detail-oriented professional with excellent time-management and organization skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and state license exam.

• Connecting and building trust with clients
• Presenting and educating clients on benefits savings and insurance policy options based on their individual needs and goals.
• Setting appointments with prospective insurance customers and meeting with seniors
• Handling the complete sales life cycle.
• Ensuring high-quality client satisfaction.
