Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional that strives to deliver excellent service and operational efficiency? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join dnata's Transport department at London Heathrow Airport. You will be part of a team dealing with day to day running of the operation. Your duties will include coordinating and allocating staff and resources to fulfil our service standards for our customer airlines. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Cargo is delivered safely on time and consistently in line with service level standards set for both on time and station performance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff and resources to meet airline service standards
  • Ensure safe, timely, and consistent Transport operation
  • Monitor and improve on-time performance
  • Proactively plan and take responsibility for meeting customer SLAs and safety targets
  • Respond to queries, complete reports, and manage flight documentation
  • Uphold safety standards and company Health & Safety policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Provide guidance to colleagues and feedback to Duty Managers
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges while adhering to safety procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
  • Record additional charges in allocation system
Qualifications
