1st Line Support Engineer – MSP, Microsoft Tech (Azure, 365) – Central London
Here’s an opportunity to join a well-respected Microsoft Gold Partner delivering IT services to high-profile clients in a multitude of sectors. This is a great step for someone with 1st Line experience looking to develop their skills in a more hands-on, customer-facing environment.
You’ll be part of the Field Support Team, spending most of your time working directly at client sites across London (with occasional days at the central office). You’ll provide end-user support, resolve technical issues, and act as a trusted, professional presence for the business.

Travel + Office Setup:You’ll be based from the central London office. On most days, you’ll be out at client sites across the city (travel expenses reimbursed where applicable). Typically, you’ll be in the office one day a week – usually Friday.
