We are expanding our IT team and are looking for a proactive, service‑focused IT professional to join our small but dynamic IT team. This hands‑on, varied role combines technical expertise with problem‑solving skills to keep our care homes running smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities
  • First‑line and remote support: Handle IT queries, resolve or escalated incidents, and document solutions.
  • On‑site support: Install/configure hardware, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and deliver face‑to‑face technical assistance.
  • Asset management: Procure, track, and maintain company IT equipment.
  • Identity and access management: Manage accounts, permissions, and licences in line with policy.
  • Projects and improvements: Test and roll out new systems, automate workflows, and suggest service enhancements.
  • Vendor coordination: Work with suppliers to resolve issues, manage orders, and obtain quotes.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of multi‑site IT support experience.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
  • Proficiency in Windows, Android, and Apple platforms.
  • Active Directory & Entra ID management experience.
  • Endpoint and mobile device management (Intune, Endpoint Central).
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Driving licence essential.
