A local council in England is offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity on their ICT Service Desk Team. The successful candidate will assist in providing IT support, logging service desk tickets, and developing technical knowledge. Key responsibilities include processing emails and supporting first line resolutions. Ideal for candidates aged 16 or over with the right to work in England, this role focuses on enhancing customer experiences while learning valuable skills in IT support.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer focused individual to join the Council’s ICT Service Desk Team. You will demonstrate good communication skills, be enthusiastic, innovative and contribute towards the positive experiences of the people we work with.

The appointed candidate will be required to participate in a rota supporting the Service Desk, operating from Monday to Thursday 7:30 – 5pm, Friday 7.30 – 4.00pm (37 hours per week).
