A global insurance group in London is looking for a Recruitment Marketing & Early Careers Project Specialist to enhance their global employer brand and strengthen early careers initiatives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop marketing toolkits, manage campaigns, and drive engagement among graduates and interns. We’re on an exciting journey to elevate our global talent attraction strategy and we’re looking for a creative, curious, and hands‑on Recruitment Marketing & Early Careers Project Specialist to join us. This role offers an excellent platform for someone looking to grow their career in recruitment marketing and early careers, with the opportunity to contribute to global projects, work closely with senior stakeholders, and learn within a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
In this role, you’ll focus on two key areas. First, you’ll explore existing Employee Value Proposition (EVP) projects and help build global recruitment marketing toolkits and frameworks that unite our brand globally while allowing local adaptation. Over time, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our global EVP strategy. Second, you’ll support the Early Careers Lead on strategic projects that strengthen our early careers offering, contributing to initiatives that attract and inspire graduates, interns, and apprentices across our global footprint.
