As an HR Business Partner at Quilter, you will play a strategic and consultive role, partnering with senior leaders to support the alignment and delivery of the people strategy with business objectives. This is a dynamic and influential position that blends strategic insight with hands‑on partnership, enabling you to drive meaningful change and support our colleagues in achieving their full potential.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into people‑focused solutions. Whether it’s workforce planning, talent development, organisational design, or change management, you’ll be at the heart of decision‑making, offering expert guidance and challenge where needed.
The HRBP is instrumental in driving organisational performance, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring regulatory compliance across all HR practices.
