A family-owned provider of nursing services is seeking a Home Manager for Barty House Nursing Home in Maidstone. Barty House Nursing Home is a 56-bed nursing service set within an impressive Georgian building in the sought-after village of Bearsted, Kent. This vacancy arises following the internal promotion of the current Home Manager to Regional Support Manager - a clear reflection of both the home’s performance and Care Concern Group’s commitment to developing and progressing its leaders.

About You
You are an experienced leader, with at least two years’ management experience, ideally within a nursing environment of a similar size. You are comfortable overseeing clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, and you understand how to balance compassionate care with commercial performance.
