Job Summary

Retail & Asset Solutions (RAS) is hiring a Retail Team Driver for immediate starts in Hull. The role involves driving a company 8‑Seater Minibus to transport a small team of stock counters to various retail customer sites, overseeing morning or night shifts, and ensuring timely stock counts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team of stock counters at pick‑up points and set timings for each shift.
• Escalate any vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.
• Complete a team attendance sheet detailing expected counters, attendance, and bus arrival times.
• Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner while on site.
• Stand for prolonged periods and use equipment to reach high stock when necessary.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Minimum age 21 or over due to unsociable hours (early mornings or night shifts).
• Ability to work long shifts on large counts with a "can do" attitude.

• Experience handling stock is an advantage but not mandatory.
