Retail Driver

Responsibilities

• Notifying your count team of the pick‑up points and timings for each shift
• Escalating any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and the arrival time of the bus on site
• Ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner whilst on site
• Standing for prolonged periods of time; using access equipment as needed to reach high stock

Qualifications / Skills

• Ability to work unsociable hours, early morning or night shifts
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Full Driving Licence
• "Can do" attitude and ability to work long shifts where required on large counts
• Quick learner to adapt to changing technology
• Experience handling stock is an advantage but not required

Role

We are looking for a Retail Minibus Driver to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region. Employment will be carried out at different retail customer sites and stores, with travel varying on a shift‑by‑shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
