We’re seeking a hands‑on Recruitment Manager to lead and support a busy team of recruiters in a fast‑paced environment. This is an ongoing temporary role, ideal for someone immediately available with proven experience in both recruitment and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the recruitment team, ensuring smooth delivery across all active roles and projects.
- Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to recruiters, helping them navigate challenges and meet targets.
- Lead by example, actively contributing to recruitment activity where needed.
- Monitor performance and workflow, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Drive team motivation and foster a positive, productive working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Immediate availability.
- Strong background in recruitment, with experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable with hands‑on involvement in recruitment delivery.
